JavaScript

If HTML builds a page's structure and CSS makes it look good, JavaScript is what makes it actually do things: react to a click, validate a form before it's submitted, update the page without reloading, or fetch fresh data from a server. JavaScript is a real programming language, unlike HTML. It has variables, conditions, loops, and functions the same core building blocks every programming language shares, just with its own syntax. This course teaches JavaScript the same way the HTML and CSS courses do: one small idea at a time, with a live editor next to every topic so you see your code actually run, not just read about what it should do.
